  1. he’ll say that “you need a sense of patience.” alright?  if you don’t have patience, don’t even trychessboard-2 to begin the game- to learn.
  1. he’ll say, “you need a sense of timing. if you don’t have a sense of timing, don’t open the book.”
  1. you have to have knowledge of your opponent. alright?
  1. and then the fourth one they’ll tell you is that you have to be willing to make any and all sacrifices.

I’m Sprinting Again!: Using injury recovery to help a friend deal with heartbreak

I’M SPRINTING AGAIN

A year and a half ago, I tore my left Achilles tendon playing basketball.  Out of nowhere it felt like a lightning bolt struck my ankle.

A few weeks ago, your heart was completely broken.  Out of nowhere you found out she was gone.

It was a complete tear.  I literally could not move my foot up and down.  It was completely disconnected.

You couldn’t feel anything, but the pain…

I called on my friends.  They were there for me.

Call on your friends.  We are here for you.

They took me to a hospital.  The doctor diagnosed the injury and told me what needed to be done.

There’s nothing like wise counsel to heal a broken heart.

When I left the hospital, my friend stopped at a café to get us some coffee.  I remember watching him walk, and for all I knew at that moment I may never have walked again.  I mean, what if I didn’t heal right?

You wonder if your heart will be the same again, if you will ever love again, if you even want to love or be loved…

I had a huge cast up to the top of my thigh.  I could barely do basic things.  I could barely move even with crutches.

Sometimes it’s all you can do to make it through your day.  Some days you doubt you should even try.  The only thing that scares you is knowing how hard you’ll have to try again tomorrow…

But I made it.  I changed casts until the cast came off.  I went from crutches to a cane, from a cane to a limp.  My leg was so shriveled at first, after 10 weeks of not being used, I didn’t even know what it would be good for.

You have a long road ahead of you, a process, a journey.  Step by step, and day by day, you’re getting closer- even though you can’t feel it- to being whole again…

I started walking.  I went to physiotherapy.  I started swimming, then jogging.  I started jumping, and doing calf raises.  It hurt all along the way. I have a lot of scar tissue.  It makes my ankle stiff and swollen.

Your heart’s gonna hurt for a long time.  Maybe it will hurt forever.  But it will also heal.  Something from your pain will always remain, but it will heal.

Last week, I sprinted for the first time.  Not full speed, but a sprint.  I’m back!

You’ll be better than ever before.  Just believe, seek counsel, and try.

The way in which these esoteric allegories and metaphors have been simplistically travestied by ignorant medieval theologians and then allowed to maintain their existence by modern ‘creationists’ causes nothing but confusion.  The fact that these distortions are currently regarded as the only alternative to Darwinism and its theory of evolution by chaotic natural selection, shows just how far modern understand both of Nature’s workings and of ancient philosophical teaching technique has gone astray.

  1. There are planes or states of being and consciousness other than those of which we humans are generally aware. 
  2. A state of being and a state of consciousness are not the same.

  3. Whilst a state of consciousness may require some form of bodily organism in order to perceive and experience it, that bodily form and its faculties must be appropriate to the associated state(s) of being within which the consciousness itself exists. (169)

It is commonly imagined by the majority of people that just because a being is far more evolved spiritually, its nature must be all sweetness and light and thus a permanent joy to be in contact with all the time.  However, there is no rational justification for this entirely simplistic viewpoint. Practical common sense should in any case tell us that the power of such a divinity making even a fraction of its presence felt within an unprepared individual nature would result in no less than immediate disintegration of all that person’ faculties of sensory perception – if nothing else.  As Euripides is reputed to have said, ‘Those whom the gods wish to destroy [for their arrogance], they make mad’  Even in the potential case of the gods appearing in the vicinity of ordinary mortals for any length of time for supposedly beneficial reasons, we would anticipate psychologically disruptive side effects.

The members of the inferior race became the first mechanical tools in the service of a growing civilization. Thereby the way was clearly indicated which the Aryan had to follow. As soon, however, as his subject began to rise and approach the level of their conqueror, a phase of which ascension was probably the use of his language, the barriers that had distinguished master from servant broke down. There may be a context, as some say.  Or maybe he changed his views later in life, as other claim.
Africans have no common cause with Khazar Jewry (Sephardic, Ashkenazi, “white” Jews), but the “my enemy’s enemy is my friend” logic that historical revisionists (racist apologists) try to use is just another snare.
Africans must do for self.  If you don’t make it, you don’t have it.  Nothing anyone will ever do for you or give will ever suffice you.
